Job Description:
The Senior Director, Stream TV Marketing will study consumers and deliver market insights that clarify the value proposition and the audiences the service aims to delight. This person is accountable for meeting the product's sales and revenue objectives and is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and multichannel strategies for acquiring and developing lasting customer relationships.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end marketing plan for a given product including market insights, marketing strategy, marketing communications, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Define the core value proposition, positioning and associated messaging to support the vision and drive demand for Stream TV
Work closely with the video business unit to define the service offerings, including tiers, packaging, and pricing to meet our customer experience and business objectives
Define the sales channel strategy and the best way to utilize online presence, Xfinity retail, third party retail, and contact centers
Lead consumer research to understand target segments and evaluate potential value propositions
Lead agencies in developing marketing campaigns that convert our unique value proposition into tremendous excitement in the marketplace
Lead competitive analyses around offers, sales channels, and service capabilities, and evaluate how these impact the go-to-market strategy
Work with Product Management team to evolve and refine product plans to best align with our value proposition and address our target customers
Work closely with various sales and customer care channels to ensure the smooth launch of service enhancements
Demand generation-drive any and all GTM and CRM activities focused on acquiring and growing relationships with consumers
Serve as liaison between divisions and corporate teams
Develops and manages a budget
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree a plus
12+ years in product marketing and/or product management roles.
Proven track record, with multiple examples, for leading major product launches across multiple channels
Demonstrable experience in building highly collaborative efforts to effectively execute across a large organization
Experience with early stage businesses, bringing first generation products/services to market
Rare mix of intelligence, integrity, and verbal agility that allows you to earn the trust of business, product, and marketing teams across the company
Excellent project management skills, with a record of successful project delivery on time, in line with budget expectations.
Proven experience developing consumer marketing plans for new initiatives including business case/rationale, product positioning, market opportunity, sales channel strategies and go-to-market plans.
