Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s capital structure; understanding debt credit agreements; executing debt deals and share repurchase strategy; participating in the monitoring and communicate the company’s liquidity needs; managing debt compliance and supporting quarterly earnings call from a treasury perspective. Works systematically and proactively to develop treasury strategies in support of overall Brinker financial goals. Builds effective relationships within the treasury team, throughout the Brinker organization and with various outside vendors (financial consultants and bankers).

Education
• BS or BA in Finance/Accounting, MBA preferred

• Specific understanding of capital markets and necessary methodologies to access them for corporate funding.

• Involvement in merger and acquisition activity (a plus).
