Preparation and publication of consolidated sales, delivery, and expense data from 3 geographical regions into a consistent global view
Sales pipeline review and forecasting, and revenue forecasting
Preparing weekly project dashboards for all in-fllght PS projects
Track and report Global Professional Services gross contribution margin
Maintenance of project artifacts archive
Maintenance of standardized templates and process documentation
Collaborate with regional directors to manage consultant resources, including project assignments, from project kick-off through completion and acceptance
Operational enablement of subcontractors, including contract management, skills inventory, coordination of training, and auditing and approving invoices for payment
Partner with Sales Operations, Order Management, and Accounting on cross-functional communications
Represent Professional Services on New Product Introduction (NPI) team, and drive PS tasks to closure
Maintain Professional Services marketing assets
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
PSA
Oracle
SFDC
Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
Project Management in a Professional Services organization
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
PMP Required
