Job Description:
Product Director work with teams of designers and engineers to design and build services for our games. This position is focused on Gameplay Services, which is responsible for a broad set of platform technologies including highly scalable online services such as rating and statistics systems, matchmaking, achievements, SDKs and networking, VOIP, and much more. As a Product Manager, you not only advocate and develop innovative services for our games, you create great experiences for our players. This position is located in Redwood Shores, CA.
Lead the strategy, technical development, and launch of innovative services.
Partner with stakeholders across the company to establish priorities and a shared vision.
Drive product development with a team of engineers.
Integrate data analysis, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to shape the player experience.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field technical field, or equivalent.
Product management or design experience.
Experience developing consumer facing services.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications and/or other client/server products.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience taking a product idea from concept through launch.
Experience developing sharable technology products such as SDKs or platforms.
Experience on devices such as mobile or gaming consoles.
Passion for gaming.
