Job Description:
You will be responsible for building a new team and managing cross-functional roles to create a global operations center for the Marketing Cloud mobile products. You have the opportunity to create new processes and to drive extreme operational excellence in a fast growing business to help it to scale and meet internal and external demands.

SMS
SMS Short and Long code purchases
Acquisition and management of SMS code inventory and pre-purchases
Provisioning of short codes into customer accounts
Management of shared short codes
Management of code expirations, renewals and changes
Work with clients on the of the process of carrier approvals (CAF), opt-out processes private code acquisition
First line liaison with Legal on SMS questions
Mobile Push
Manage customer certificates and expiry and customer communications
Other Functions
Coordinate with Procurement on Aggregator Management, Pricing changes and SLA's
Operations and Monitoring
Monitor Daily Send volumes, speed, errors
Develop reports and KPI's to monitor system and reliability
Responsible for coordinating Mobile network uptime to the Trust Site
Coordinate with Prod-Op's and Support on any issues or problems
Minimum Requirements
10+ years' experience in Operations
3+ years of experience in Operations leadership in a software or technology company, preferably with mobile technologies
Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, esp SMS Aggregators and A2P messaging
Proven ability to get results working with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to build and manage a global team
BA/BS degree
Preferred Requirements:
MBA
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
