Job Description:
An excellent career opportunity is currently available for North America Services within the Sensing & Productivity Solutions (SPS) business unit of Honeywell. The position, based at our corporate HQ in Fort Mill, SC is pivotal in leading the Services Transformation of this high growth business from within the largest region globally. In this exciting opportunity you will provide vision, direction and strategic leadership, with direct P&L ownership for growing a $150 million dollar Services business.
Leading the North American Services business with a combined revenue of more than $150M made up of - service contract attachment to hardware, service contract renewals, consulting and professional services, outsourced managed mobility services (MMS) and integration services

• Achieving the key regional success metrics including regional sales goals – outsource services new contract sales, professional services utilization and rate realization, TCV growth, contract service attach and renewal rates, gross margin and operating income targets
• Developing and leading the North American Services Sales and Marketing strategies for growth and profitability
• Responsibility for providing leadership of all Services resources in North America
• Creating and implementing growth plans for the Services business including developing the Services portfolio offerings and appropriate marketing initiatives
• Establishing measurable action plans and performance metrics to monitor ongoing performance for the business and its resource investments
• Develop strong partnerships with key customers, while developing a robust eco-system of partners and suppliers throughout North America
• Achieving integration synergies, targets and milestones associated with the merged organizations
• Sponsor and ensure the successful deployment of the Honeywell Operating System across the Services business to achieve maximum productivity
• Develop and support international expansion plans which extend and leverage existing capabilities globally

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in services sales / services sales management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience business leadership of a services based business (Outsourcing, Professional Services, Hardware related Services) leading regional sales teams

• A proven services leader with strong track record of having built / grown a professional services and outsource services business
• Great team builder with proven track record for hiring, developing and promoting talent
• Experience working successfully within a matrixed operating environment as well as in a strategic consulting or senior staff marketing role
• Excellent broad-based business thinker who can influence and collaborate effectively with peers and executive leaders
• Global operations exposure, with experience in developing effective global business strategies and marketing plans across many different operating environments
• Proven track record to growing a business with profitable, organic and acquisition-oriented initiatives that leverage a company's core technology, cost and competitive advantages
• Experience with the implementation of growth, new business development and marketing initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration
• Proven ability to successfully direct new start-up business opportunities, including market assessment, strategic planning, objective setting and implementation
• Strong business acumen, 'street smarts' and an in-depth understanding of the marketing and financial implications
• Ability to understand and add value to high-level management interactions, with a proven ability to develop and 'sell' creative business strategies
• Ability to partner with the regional sales organizations and assist in contract negotiations
• Exceptional leadership skills, energy and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate, share vision, inspire and rally colleagues
