Job Description:
We are looking for a Director of Client Solutions who will have ownership of key clients and serve in a supporting role on other accounts. The role provides the opportunity to develop long-term, deep relationships in driving both account management and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record in: building key relationships both internally and externally, delivering thoughtful client communications, serving as a trusted leader and adapting to the needs of a dynamic environment.
Able to present in front of C-Level representatives at key clients
Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams
Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback
Present opportunities to help clients
Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships.
Act as an internal champion for the client by working collaboratively with internal partners and the team to coordinate efforts for clients where appropriate
Attend client and industry-specific meetings.
Work closely with project management and the mentoring of more junior talent

Bachelor's degree
Brand or consultancy background
Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support
Strong management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail
Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions
Ability to guide adoption of products/solutions
