The Director of Sales, Corporate Accounts is the department leader for the Foodservice Sales team. Reporting to the VP US Foodservice Sales, this role will work indirectly with the Food Brokers to align strategy and execution. The successful candidate will also manage specific corporate accounts & Our West Coast customer base and develop the market potential.

Oversee management and coaching of Sales Team.
On a regular basis, travel to various Regions to work with Division Manager/ Broker for business review and customer Visits.
Communicating account updates to senior management
Approving and distributing Marketing programs at the corporate level with the guidance of our pricing team.
Attend National & Regional Conferences, representing Cavendish Farms
Managing and communicating Forecast execution by the sales team
Communicating price changes to the sales team
Communication of Competitive intelligence to VP/ Moncton Head Office
Deduction management support and communication to the sales team with the guidance from Trade Spend team.
Validating deductions, forecasting, coordinating promotions, programs
Managing Sales expenses and approvals
CRM/ Blacksmith Trade programs / Customer and Internal Presentations /Cognos sales System
Qualifications
Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in Business or Commerce.
Minimum 10 years Foodservice experience in addition to minimum 5 years of Corporate Account experience, Manufacturer, Broker Sales, Distributor Experience,
Experience working with senior level management
Experience in management of people and customer contacts
Team Player with excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment; self-motivated builder with a “Can do” attitude
Detail oriented, organized, manages time well to meet deadlines, and able to multi-task
Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook required
