Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, this position will oversee and have responsibility for Global Risk Management activities. Qualified candidates must have deep expertise in Corporate Insurance and Enterprise Risk Management. This person must be capable of working strategically and effectively cross-functionally as a trusted business partner, and be able to develop and motivate others.
10+ years of experience as a corporate risk manager and/or broker, preferably in the technology sector
Exposure to a broad range of lines of commercial insurance
Experience with alternative risk transfer and risk financing structures
Possess excellent business judgment, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide sound financial and business judgment, strategic thinking and broad financial and business perspective across the organization
Highly effective in setting priorities with excellent organization and time management skills.
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic leadership, innovation, governance, and management of the Company’s Global Insurance and Enterprise Risk Management programs.
Critical job functions will include:
Manage all aspects of the Company’s D&O and P&C insurance programs
Establish and maintain all 3 rd party service provider relationships including carrier and broker relationships
Evaluate exposures throughout the business and recommend / implement loss control and or insurance programs
Develop insurance programs to support new business initiatives
Lead Enterprise Risk Management initiatives including:
Present quarterly to CEO Staff on ERM initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
Prepare quarterly reports and present periodically to Audit Committee and Board of Directors on ERM
Coordinate and manage processes to effectively document and monitor key risks across the various business functions
Participate and be an active and key member of the various internal risk councils including IT, Sales, Product/R&D, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, etc.
