Approves building sales, purchases, leases, and subleases, the termination of lease obligations, and land sales

Minimum Qualifications
3 years of supervisory experience.
4 years experience in real estate acquisition, appraisal, or disposition, or related field AND Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation OR 5 years Walmart experience in real estate acquisition, appraisal, or disposition, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years Walmart experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Operations.
5 years of supervisory experience.
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI).
