The role of - Director, LOE Portfolio is a part of the LOE Team and is responsible for the management of the $500 MM Late Stage (LS) portfolio (68 brands) and the $250 MM LOE Consumer Team (8 brands) This position has direct P&L accountability.
Scope of responsibility includes:
*Achievement of financial forecast for the LS and LOE Consumer team portfolios
*Ensure proper Maintenance and continuity of supply for all brands within the LS portfolio and LOE Consumer team

Primary Responsibilities:
*Achievement of financial forecast for the LS portfolio and LOE Consumer team
-Provide leadership to the development of all financial forecasting for the portfolio (Budget, Long Range Forecast, Latest Estimates, Pricing)
-Lead the development of the Operating Plan process for the LS Portfolio and LOE Consumer team
*Product maintenance and continuity of supply
-Project management and coordination of a broad cross functional group of colleagues to address any supply issues
-Financial modeling of opportunities and risks to the P&L in collaboration with Finance Lead
-Develop commercial assessments by brand as needed for endorsement (E.g. product site transfers, issues with API sourcing, internal supply challenges, brand discontinuations/divestitures)
*Support Business Development opportunities; including evaluation of brands for divestiture, interactions with partner companies, etc.
*Strategy - development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to extract maximum value from this broad portfolio while working with a broad cross functional team of SMEs.
-Value proposition development for select customers
-Maximization of competitor supply disruption opportunities
-Optimize Pricing strategy for the portfolio
Additional Detail of Responsibilities:
*Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders that involve open and timely communication of events that could impact the forecast (positive or negative) and/or supply (our own, or the challenges competitors may experience).
*A strong knowledge of drivers impacting brand performance (competitor status of supply, # of competitors, pricing, historical trends, US healthcare influencers, etc).
*Strong ability to listen to others, asks relevant and probing questions, and uses analysis to support effective decision-making.
*Demonstrated ability to effect change in the absence of direct positional authority
*Demonstrated success delivering results in a highly matrix organization.
*Lead the commercial aspects for the development of any Rapid Response Team communications and issue resolutions
*Complete necessary commercial related work for the portfolio to include preparation of operating plans and business cases, lead and manage across functions to ensure effective regulatory and compliance execution
*Analyze competitive intelligence and serve as a liaison between PGS, Medical, Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Trade with respect to supply chain, manufacturing and COGS related projects & issues.
*Provide strategic analysis and support business case evaluations from a commercial perspective on cost saving initiatives initiated by GEP or PGS manufacturing sites.
*Monitor and resolve supply issues in close partnership with PGS. Bring together appropriate cross functional team members to problem solve as appropriate.
*Liaison with Greenstone and Pfizer Injectables commercial teams on the launch of Pfizer generics
Qualifications
*Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required. An MBA is preferred.
*10+ years experience required
*Experience working with PGS and Trade is preferred
*Project management experience a plus
*Knowledge of compliance and regulatory policies preferred. Marketing experience a plus
*Knowledge and understanding of payer contracting across multiple channels
*Broad range of knowledge of US pharmaceutical industry
