Lead financial role providing direction and business partnership for all Jeanswear North America Cost of Sales and all SG&A exclusive of direct marketing related expenses. Additionally role will influence Jeanswear Innovation and Product Development processes through financial leadership, analysis and guidance. This will include establishment and tracking of financial strategic imperatives in pursuit of innovation as well as driving product development decision making based on objective incremental financial analyses.
Must be comfortable interfacing and presenting to Sr. Management and possess the ability to summarized and explain complex financial issues in non-financial terms while insuring presentations are concise and drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Working with Brand CFO’s, direct the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting processes ensuring they reflect current business conditions and coalition strategic objectives. Ensure all annual operating plan and forecasting timelines are adhered to. Be responsible for coalition wide Cost of sales and administrative cost centers budgeting, forecasting and analysis. 2.Preparation of all financial management reporting including, but not limited to, monthly corporate finance reviews, monthly coalition leadership reviews, monthly corporate reviews with SVP Americas and Group President, quarterly corporate reviews and various ad hoc reviews. 3.Define meaningful financial metrics to measure success of Innovation and Product development efforts. 4.Establish Financial strategy for Jeanswear Product Development Initiative
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Years of Experience:
10 – 15
Skills:
Proficient with Excel, SAP, Advanced PowerPoint
Special Physical/Mental Requirements (ex. Frequent Travel)
Action oriented individual who can visualize solutions and execute them efficiently and effectively
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization
Must be able to work within very strict timelines and under pressure
