Director Digital Strategy Accenture Washington

Job Description:
The Digital Strategy Lead responsibilities include shaping, selling, and delivering projects that drive a client's customer & digital strategy to include future state vision, business architecture, strategic recommendations, capability roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans and operating models. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with existing and new clients to shape new opportunities, estimate and propose on these opportunities, deliver the opportunities, and identify and sell follow-on/expansion work.

From a delivery standpoint, he/she is responsible for project management, including schedule creation and management, risk and issue management, resource management, and client relationship management. The resource should drive team to deliver outcomes on time and with high quality. Should be able to clearly establish client value expectations at the outset of each project, manage to those objectives, and effectively track and communicate the value delivered to the client. Typical work will include strategic assessments and organizational transformations.

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications:

8 years of experience in Customer or Digital Strategy and Business Architecture (strategy & roadmaps, digital operating model and governance)
8 years of project management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:

Strong track record of building business with existing clients, while generating new business
Proven team leadership capabilities, skilled in guiding the careers of resources through coaching and mentoring
Strong professional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct large scale or complex projects
Previous experience in client relationship development, particularly in a federal environment
Expertise in identifying and reacting to industry trends
MBA
PMP
Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen
Self-starter with initiative and entrepreneurial vision
Experience and familarity with the functionality of a broad array of digital technologies (web content management systems, web analytics, multivariate testing/web optimization, tag management systems, content migration tools, CRM applications, social collaboration platforms, virtual agents, social media analytics, voice of the customer analytics, and digital marketing hubs) - doesn't need to be an expert, but need to have an understanding
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
