Senior Director Marketing WebMD Portland

Job Description:
As a key, highly-visible member of the WebMD Health Services team, you are responsible for B2B Marketing strategy, planning and execution. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you lead a team of ~10 and effectively partner with Product, Sales and Corporate Communications teams to develop marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation and consideration for WebMD Health Services products and services.

In this role you will:



Develop an effective awareness and demand generation strategy across digital/online and off-line channels.
Lead product marketing programs including product positioning, value propositions and target buyer’s persona
Set and manage program objectives, budget and metrics to meet revenue goals
Lead and develop team of marketing communications, product marketing, proposal and sales support professionals
Support WebMD Health services product and thought leadership in the market
Ensure that marketing deliverables are high-quality and on-time
Work with the VP of Marketing and other executive stakeholders to establish strategies to reach and exceed revenue goals.
Create strong relationships with Product, Sales, Corporate Communications and Consumer Engagement teams
Monitor and analyze performance and efficiency metrics and tracking
Prioritize opportunities and generate recommendations for improvement
Desired Skills and Experience
12+ years of marketing experience in enterprise health, wellness or high-tech industry
Proven ability to deliver and demonstrate results
An established track record of leading thought leadership, demand generation, product marketing and account based marketing programs
Ability to establish and track appropriate metrics associated with programs and tactics
Strong people and project management skills
Experience with Marketo (or other MAP) and Salesforce.com (or other CRM) tools and processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and develop marketing talent
Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and capable of effectively partnering with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable leading, supporting and working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
