Job Description:
On a global basis, the Disruptive Channel Lead will be responsible for leading a team responsible for disrupting channel conventions, and helping to launch or expand PCH's in two of the fastest growing places that consumers are looking for health and wellness solutions. Some of the immediate key deliverables include:
*Build a sustainable disruptive channel strategy (ecommerce & MoP), to become a market leader
*Develop organizational and market infrastructure to drive ecommerce (and track performance) to reach established financial goals.
*Build and lead a collaborative, impact oriented organization that partners across the enterprise to drive PCH's business in these new areas.
Responsibilities
*Build a sustainable new disruptive channel strategy, to become a market leader in the health and wellness category: across growing channels envision & bring to life the Global eCommerce capability
*Drive the delivery of established E-Commerce strategy and financial objectives
*Drive the delivery of established MoP strategy and financial objectives
*Partner with affiliates and regions to identify growing channels and markets for entry
*Go-to-market strategies in a tiered-fashion starting with the largest growth engines (US, China, UK, Canada)
*Bring to market strategies considering DTC as well as 3rd party retailer models
*Develop organizational infrastructure to embed the eCommerce channel & marry the sales & marketing functions to insure a consumer-centric buying experience with superior website content & optimization capabilities
*Work across Pfizer functions and business, to deliver integrated solutions to new channels (MoP
and E-comm)
*Understand market dynamics and regulatory limitations to influence strategy
*Build appropriate KPIs for benchmarking and optimization
*Develop personalized online products/SKUs and pack sizes where appropriate
*Lead team of colleagues responsible for data analytics, development of strategy and driving execution in the delivery of channel objectives
*Identify opportunities for acquisition or partnership to advance our channel strategies
Qualifications
*Significant commercial leadership experience (10+ Years)- leading teams and functions, ideally on a global basis
*Experience entering new channels or markets
*Ability to lead team, and work collaboratively across the business and geographies
*E-Commerce and/or value channel experience preferred
*MBA Preferred
