Job Description:
It is an amazing time to be part of the Oracle Mid-Market CRM/CX Sales team as the solution addresses the midmarket's need to adopt "more advanced" CRM systems that allow it to use an available wealth of customer data to increase sales and boost efficiency through enhanced analytics, mobility and partner relationship management. Oracle Sales Cloud offers access to insights anywhere, anytime and on any device, which has enables improved sales productivity.
What you can expect in this job:
Manage and develop a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
Sell and promote the sale of Oracle CRM/CX products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Build working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
Generate and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.
Manage escalation.
Conduct weekly progress meetings with sales team.

Desired Skills and Experience
What you bring to the table:.
5+ years Software/SaaS/Cloud ApplicationsSales Management experience with preference for CRM/CX
History of hitting and exceeding quotas
Demonstration of effective pipeline acitivity and hygiene
Managed strategic sales force and expertise is managing to scale
Comfort and experience in large, matrix organazations where collaboration was essential to success
Expertise in people development with demonstrable results
Fundamental knowledge of how and why customers use the CRM/CX products and competitive landscape
A history of effectively winning clients in pursuit of best-in-class CX technology.
You have developed strong relationships with customers who share their successes with other prospects.
You are known at industry events by actively networking and sharing your story - for us it will be the Oracle CRM Cloud Story
Bachelors or Advanced Degree preferred
