Director Revenue Management Training Development Hertz Estero

Job Description:
The primary mission of the Director RM Training & Development function will be responsible for working with the Sr. Director of RM Training and Change Management in defining best practices in RM processes and the use of RM tools. This person will also train the Contribution Strategy team in systems application by way of a formalized training program. There should also be ongoing coaching and training of Contributions Strategists through day to day interactions, shadowing and Q&A. The Director, RM Training & Development will also play a role in providing feedback on Strategist and Analyst performance to RM Directors and VP RM Operations.

Director will also work with Supervisor on department communication strategies and change management initiatives in partnership with the Sr. Leadership of Revenue Management. This role should be viewed upon by the CS teams as a mentor and leader that can help with overall RM best practices and execution.
Assist with the development and deliver a robust training curriculum covering the following:
principals of revenue management and pricing practices.
baseline processes in managing Hertz RM and pricing tools.
best practices in driving effective execution.
Conduct ongoing training sessions with an emphasis on driving improved execution through analytically based decision making and leveraging the RM tools.
Partner with supervisor and RM leadership to create a best in class revenue management team, incorporating new technologies and advanced analytics to drive achievement of our corporate goals.

Educational Background
Bachelor's level degree required; MBA/Advanced degree strongly desired ; Preferred fields of study include Revenue Management/Pricing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other analytical discipline.

Professional Experience
7+ years’ demonstrated experience in a revenue management capacity required.
3+ years proven ability to train, mentor and provide constructive feedback to indirect reports.
Experience executing deliverables within a complex, evolving environment.
Proven ability to develop business partnerships.
Process innovation and development; management via KPIs, business process redesign.

Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of pricing and market concepts in Revenue Management.
Knowledge of PROS Revenue Management system or similar Revenue Management system required.
