The Program Director will plan and implement deliveryoversight strategies for both existing and new customers while leading aprogram. He/she will lead the MidwestPortfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage DW/BI delivery teams by providing appropriate direction,motivating the team, managing their expectations and career aspirations.
Engage with the customer, understand customer requirements andchallenges during the sales process and discuss/present solutions.
Develops and recommends EIM services positioning to produce thehighest possible long-term market share.
Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share inrelation to other regions in the portfolio
Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers (bothinternal and external).
Meets with key clients, assisting sales and account managementteams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
BasicQualifications
10+years of overall IT experience
10+ years of Data Warehouse/BusinessIntelligence experience
7+ years of portfolio managementexperience
Delivery and PL metrics trackingexperience
Experience with Life Sciences industrydomain
PreferredSkills
Effective ability to communicate orally or in written formeffectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practicalproblems or resolve issues.
