Job Description:
This is a Senior Leadership Management position in Intel's Cloud Platform Group that will ultimately have a meaningful impact on the server group's revenue and long term growth. Candidate will be required to actively participate and lead direction setting and strategy definition for a key silicon portfolio that is critical for driving growth in of DCG's fastest growing segments, as well as translate that strategy into highly efficient and effective execution. Will be responsible for direct management of silicon development engineers and architects across a set of skills encompassing the entire silicon development cycle (concept thru volume production) as well as matrix managing key platform elements such as firmware, manufacturing test, validation and platform ingredients.

Candidate will report to general manager in charge of platform silicon development. Primary location for the job is Oregon; other sites considered based on candidates qualifications and availability.
The Data Center Group (DCG) drives new products technologies from high-end co-processors for supercomputers to low-energy systems for enterprise and the cloud, as well as solutions for big data and intelligent devices. Minimum Bachelor Engineering or related field & 15 years overall experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a 2nd level manager upwards
Experience managing $25M level budgets
Experience leading teams between 100 -> 200 (or more) engineers.
Proven track record of delivering products from conceptual all the way through volume production, and end of life.
