As the Customer Development Director, it is your responsibility to develop and execute a strategic business plan and annual promotional initiatives for Target.
This position is responsible for achieving sales and market contribution targets, as well as business objectives, as specified in annual LEGO business plans, demand plans and PLs. What we’re looking for •A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, plus a minimum of 5 years related experience in consumer packaged goods and 4 years of experience in managing key accounts
•Ability to showcase a high level of business acumen, networking skills, negotiation skills, team orientation, leadership, communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
•Proven analytical capabilities – ability to leverage analysis in a data rich, retail environment in a way that helps the customer realize competitive advantages and improve performance on critical scorecard metrics
•Leadership Potential
•Flexibility: This role will require both domestic and international travel
