We are now looking for a Senior Director, Applications reporting into the CIO of Nvidia. This IT senior leadership position is responsible for:
- Accountable for the company's IT architecture, strategy, planning, development, deployment, reporting and support of all IT applications in support of NVIDIA's global business covering engineering, operations, marketing, sales, human resources, procurement, finance, and legal areas. Responsible for business Intelligence.
- Establish a strong collaborative relationship with business areas to position IT as a trusted partner in the delivery of cost effective, world class IT solutions. Align and deepen relationships with the business on process development, roadmaps, and investments.
- Lead and develop global Business Applications team. Strong focus on organizational effectiveness and development of people in all regions.
- Drive transformational initiatives supporting the company's transition to new business models. For example: Transitioning Order to Cash Cycle from H/W to Software, Cloud Platforms, etc.
- Manage key supplier/partner relationships and alignment to the overall governance of IT initiatives and programs.
- Project manage, plan and manage yearly and quarterly budgets for resources and initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- An established track record (minimum of 10+ years) in enterprise architecture, applications development and process reengineering, deployment and support in global companies of comparable scale to NVIDIA.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams, establish alignment and deep relationships with the business on process development, roadmaps, and investments.
- Lead and develop global Business Applications team. Demonstrated successful experience in leading and managing global and diverse teams with strong organizational development experience.
- Strong experience leading global operations support teams (both in-house and outsource) in 24X7 time zones. Deep experience in managing these teams through metrics, SLA's, and budgets.
- Strong experience in transformational initiatives in companies transitioning to new business models. Example: Transitioning Order to Cash Cycle from H/W to Software, Cloud Platforms, etc.
- The experience should cover ERP, SCM, PLM, CRM and general PaaS/SaaS offerings. SAP ECC/BW/CRM/SRM knowledge and experience would be a plus.
- Experience in developing and executing global sourcing for resources.
- Passion for developing people to their full potential in technical, people, project and program management areas; minimum 3+ years in senior management/executive role within IT.
- BS degree in engineering or information systems required.
