Job Description:
We are seeking great creative minds to join our team. Copywriters and Art Directors that have in-depth advertising experience spanning traditional media, as well as digital. Specifically looking for expertise in video and content creation, experiential events, out of home, and digital.

We are creating an integrated agency model and the ability to partner across agency lines and geographies is essential. Developing strong relationships with marketing as well as business partners is critical. We are going to create a new type of organization to support a category that literally changes everyday. Job Responsibilities

Creative execution for branded advertising across multiple vehicles and channels.
Drive and inspire creative ideation and new ideas.
Partner with the Account team to ensure creative briefs are inspiring and drive creative teams to deliver great work.
Stay abreast of evolving industry and emerging trends in social, digital and technology.

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide

Requirements/skills

Technical Expertise. We are looking for both copywriters and art directors.

If You Have An Art Direction Background

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to execute high-level creative concepts.

If You Have a Copy Background

Expertise writing on variety of integrated platforms, with scripted and un-scripted video concepts
Expert experience building branded experiences. We are looking to reinvent the Intel brand and how people experience Intel will be a big part of that. We are looking for someone who has pushed beyond the norm to develop branded experiences that had measurable impact on a customer base
Demonstrated ability with integrated creative. Must have experience in building campaigns across digital and traditional communications
Communication Skills. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Early adopter of technology. The stuff we make is really cool. It is important that everything we do exudes this. Knowing it, living it, loving it will really help.
Relationship Building. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
Desire for Excitement. Travel may be required both domestically and internationally.
Sense of humor. This is going to be a lot of work. While we ARE changing the world, ability to keep it all in perspective will really help!

Experience

Bachelor's;degree required;
5+ years of experience as a creative in advertising, copy or design
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns
Agency experience a must. In-house agency experience a plus.
