The role reports to the Vice President Term WL Pricing and individual will be responsible for product development and pricing primarily for Term Life products.
Individual will be responsible for product design and specifications, pricing, modeling, assumption development, state filings and approval documents.
As a member of the Pricing team individual will interface with functional areas such as illustrations, IT, policy administration, legal, compliance, and marketing to ensure effective and timely product implementation and launch.
Position Requirements
- ASA or FSA and MAAA
- Minimum of 7 years Life Insurance experience with 3+ years in a Life pricing or product development/management role.
- Individual Term product pricing experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in actuarial science, mathematics or statistics is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with effective influencing skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to challenge status quo to promote new solutions
