Job Description:
The Director, Project Delivery will own overall delivery of the IT Project Portfolio and lead a team of 8-10 program managers, project managers, and project analysts. In addition to successful delivery of our IT projects, this leader will help lead and define the project delivery capability for Taco Bell from a strategy, people, process, & technology perspective. The project delivery function is an evolving team where someone with significant experience can help build and evolve the discipline which will have a material impact on the organization.
This is an exciting role that requires high accountability, a partnership mentality and a commitment to drive positive change. Leadership skills are critical. Additionally, the Director, IT PMO must be able to influence cross-functional business partners and effectively provide a holistic perspective to project delivery.

Lead the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process for IT

Minimum Requirements
BS required
10-15 years’ experience in technology delivery and project management
3-5 years’ experience leading an IT PMO for a large-scale enterprise
Experience providing leadership to manager-level resources
Experience managing an organization budget >$20M+
Experience defining, developing, and implementing policies and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on several disparate initiatives in parallel
High energy, positive, optimistic, can-do, collaborative, team-player
Consulting experience preferred but not required
Retail or restaurant industry experience preferred but not required
Exceptional ability to prioritize projects, multi-task and deliver on a deadline
Strong understanding of Portfolio, Program, and Project Management
Passion for working with others and influencing key partners
High internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization
Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members and interface effectively with all levels of management
