Job Description:
Warner Bros. Consumer Products Inc. seeks a Director, Global Gaming for the Domestic Licensing department. Under direction of Vice President, develops, implements and executes strategies for long-term growth in the Gaming category along with exploration of emerging business development opportunities. Manage licensing activities for Gaming category with specific focus on online real-money gaming. Works with Vice President on licensee negotiations and supports business consisting of revenue from land-based slot machines, online real-money gaming and scratch-off lottery tickets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages all aspects of Gaming Accounts (with focus on online real-money gaming) from pitching properties and contract negotiation to servicing licensees with product development, marketing updates, property research and public relations support.
• Provides input in overall short term and long-range budget targets. Monitor sales results to ensure revenues meet budgetary goals.
• Communicate key account activity to International stakeholders including general licensee updates, current negotiations and pitches, financial forecasts and long-term plans.
• Assist Vice President in preparation of business updates for senior management consisting of financial results and forecast, industry and competitive overviews and long-term growth strategies.
• Works with Vice President to identify, develop and execute high revenue and high profile business initiatives that garner incremental revenue and/or marketing exposure for Warner Bros. brands.
• Identifies new business opportunities for online real-money gaming using research, analysis and input from internal & external teams.
• Develops business plans for new initiatives focused on online gaming.
• Manages negotiation and execution of new initiatives.
• Attends tradeshows and visits licensees as needed to update property activities and provide strategic direction.
• Performs other related licensing duties and special projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelors Degree required.
• 5 - 7 years previous sales-related experience.
• Knowledge of licensing industry required.
• Knowledge of Gaming industry required (specifically online real-money gaming).
• Must have ability to organize and prioritize work, prepare and present written and oral sales presentations, and communicate with clients, licensees, and management to determine needs and solve problems.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with senior management and all other levels of personnel.
• Must be able to travel when necessary.
