As a Cyber Programs Director you will be responsible for delivering and supporting high visibility, high performing and scalable solutions addressing mission-critical threat assessment needs throughout the Enterprise.
In This Role You Will
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with government clients
Manage customer and product execution and ensure mission success
Experience managing SOC/NOC operations and cyber network analysis
Strong understanding of current cyber analytical challenges and mission execution
Experience managing multiple clients/projects
Collaborate with multi-site product development, engineering and sustainment teams from customer site
Coordinate with project, program and site management to ensure uniform service levels and effective user/support experiences
Map current functional client requirements and processes to existing product capabilities, identify gaps and measures to close those gaps, and suggest process reengineering where feasible
Successfully articulate the product/project benefits, costs, and applicability to existing and prospective government clients
Professionally and responsibly represent both the company’s and the government’s best interests
Act as the face of the company and the product to the customer
Basic Qualifications
Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the following areas:
Supporting accredited, classified government systems on client site
Understanding government processes, structures and methods
Communicating functional requirements to technical development staff
Communicating and monitoring the mapping of functional requirements, technical requirements, and design
Representing technical concepts to non-technical end users
Experience working in a federal government contracting environment
Experience in managing client expectations and/or acting as an account executive
Desired Skills
Experience in cyber network analysis
Experience in intelligence analysis and/or requirements analysis and elaboration
Experience with data analysis visualization tools
Security Clearance
Must have an active US Government TS/SCI clearance
