The Salesforce Marketing Cloud is currently seeking a Director or Senior Director of Product Management to work on our Marketing Cloud Integrations throughout the Salesforce Customer Success Platform. This is a strategic leadership role that will contribute to blurring the lines of CRM and powering the entire Customer Journey across all departments for our customers. We're looking for a team player who is passionate about building products and has proven experience bringing them to market.
Responsibilities
Drive the success of our Marketing Cloud integration products. Leverage market analysis, competitive understanding, and customer research to define the roadmap for integration across all clouds.
Work across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform to create the ideal cross-cloud customer experience. Identify key stakeholders and collaborate constantly.
Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, and then work with world class designers, developers, and quality engineers to implement these features. Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer enthusiasm.
Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal as well as customer facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers’ needs and are highly adopted.
Serve as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales and the go-to-market organization to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices.
Interact with customers to get product feedback and identify additional market opportunities.
Lead a team of product managers to high performance and career growth.
Required Skills & Experience
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar / related field or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in Product Management or related field. Demonstrated experience in the agile software development process.
3+ years of experience managing product teams.
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision and requirements definition.
Experience in designing and building rich consumer and/or enterprise communities.
Experience building products with a rich and extensible user interface.
Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of executing on cross-team projects.
Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in designing, developing, and building enterprise cloud technologies.
Working knowledge of the Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products, APIs and administrative controls.
Experience creating and productizing integrated systems.
