Director Paycard Operations ADP San Dimas

Job Description
ADP is hiring a Director of Paycard Operations & Systems. In this position, you will be the lead person responsible managing the daily operations for the ADP paycard business. He/She will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the cross-functional and cross-departmental interfaces and relationships that support the paycard business. To ensure smooth functioning of Paycard Operations with the use of the knowledge acquired activities, the candidate must also play a leader's role to manage a good balance between card related systems and operations and look for opportunities to improve processes.

AVS is one of ADP's fastest-growing business units and we are in search of top talent to enhance our winning formula.

The ADP paycard business represents a significant revenue opportunity for ADP as the market is expected to continue to grow significantly over the next 3 to5 years In order to support this growth, investments in paycard operations infrastructure will be made and execution of many of these enhancements will be the responsibility of the Director of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and track changes to state/federal regulations that may impact the ADP paycard business
Handling related documentation such as Exhibits.
Manage paycard operation staff.
Develop daily/week/monthly reports for effective monitoring of business/operational risks
Ensure existing controls related to the ADP paycard operations are maintained and strive to continuously tightening controls.
Create a comprehensive dashboard to monitor and report key operational metrics for the ADP paycard business
Understand and ensure compliance with Regulation E with respect to the timeframes that govern disputed transactions.
Understand the Network Card Rules for debit/prepaid programs
Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhanced Customer satisfaction.
Track,monitor and report issues relative to the paycard business
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
At least 5 years of related experience
Prior people leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related degree
Strong experience in analyzing system and operational enhancements with strong emphasis with paycard operations.
Ability to work from the San Dimas, CA office highly preferred; but other locations will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
5 years of card operations experience highly preferred
5 years of people leadership experience
Diplomacy, decisiveness, problem solving skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to interact with multiple departments.
Strong project management, presentation and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motive resources
Advanced expertise with PC based business applications, such as MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint is required.
Effective at presenting and interacting with "C-suite" ("senior presence")
Effective at resolving complex problems quickly and decisively
Strong influence skills
Highly organized with a strong results-orientation
High integrity and ethics
