Job Description
This position reports to the VP of Organization Development and Learning for ACS. This role is responsible for leading key OD initiatives for HSF including:

Sit on the HSF Leadership team and serve as primary point of contact for the OD function for HSF.
Developing and deploying strategic OD interventions across ACS HSF. This includes providing tools and expertise in the areas of change management, organization design, talent management, team development, cultural change, OD project management and other organization

development/effectiveness tools and practices required to accelerate ACS business performance.
In partnership with the HRVP of HSF, work with the President of HSF and his/her key leaders to ensure the existence of an integrated OD strategy that supports key business priorities.
Collaborating with, and actively supporting, the other ACS OD Directors to ensure the implementation of an integrated OD strategy for ACS across the various functions/businesses.
Partnering with HR and OD peers on OD interventions that require cross-ACS representation to ensure effective implementation and sustainable results.
Supporting the HSF organization in talent management processes (ACS Focused Development Program) and the process deployment of the Management Resource Review (MRR) for the HSF organization.
Support HR in growing OD capability in support of their client groups.


Qualifications:

BA/BS in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, or Human Resources related discipline
10 years experience in OD
Demonstrated ability to translate the theory of OD into practical applications that improve business results
Preferred Qualifications:

A Masters degree, MBA or PhD preferred
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a consulting team to ensure alignment across the enterprise and with HR partners
Strong project planning and management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong capability and courage to ‘tell the truth’ to senior leadership and gain necessary sponsorship for OD interventions that are critical to achieving business objectives
Ability to influence multiple levels of the organization
Able to handle multiple priorities
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues in diverse geographic locations
Able to execute in a virtual environment
External consulting experience is a plus
Project Management Certification, Lean/Greenbelt certification preferred
