Director Global Marketing Multiple Myeloma Celgene Summit

Job Description
The Director, Global Marketing, Multiple Myeloma will lead Global Pomalyst/Imnovid Marketing for Multiple Myeloma, create life cycle management for inline and pipeline products and provide strategic input to potential business development opportunities for the Multiple Myeloma franchise.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

• Optimize the commercial potential of our assets in Multiple Myeloma through the development of strategic marketing plans.
• Global Marketing leader on global Pomalyst/Imnovid project team. Develop global strategy, positioning, messaging and brand imagery in collaboration with global directors and regional marketing leads for inline products and future indications.


• Develop life cycle plan for assets within specified disease area
• Complete market opportunity assessments in the specified disease markets and make recommendations on future indications, pipeline assets with the most significant commercial or strategic importance for Celgene.
• Set assumptions for, review and validate global sales and resource forecasts, initiate relevant Market Research projects to inform strategic brand plans, and performance tracking.
• Partner with business intelligence and ensure Celgene strategically differentiates our products relative to competitors.
• Develop partnerships with key external stakeholders in the Multiple Myeloma global market.
• Provides reactive and proactive input & insight for business development opportunities in the specified disease settings.
• Partners with Global Medical Affairs lead on publication planning, IIT, KOL and Med Education strategies.
• Partners with Global Market Access as a lead in development of the value proposition and price and reimbursement strategies

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 6 years industry experience with 4+ years of marketing/equivalent experience, preferably 2 -3 years in Multiple Myeloma. Sales/sales leadership & other commercial/analytical background preferred.
