Director Change Management Under Armour Baltimore

Job Description
The Director of the Office of Change Management (OCM) will oversee Under Armour’s change management function for the recently launched SAP implementation. The OCM Lead will partner with SAP to develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive OCM strategy and plan that includes the design, development and implementation of all change management work streams, including stakeholder management, communications, leadership alignment, business process alignment, business team readiness and end user training. The role presents a significant opportunity for a highly skilled professional to develop the overall direction of the Under Armour’s change management strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive OCM strategy and plan, utilizing proven OCM methodologies and related tools
Align with the Project Management Office to develop work plans for change management work streams and related activities
Work closely with key business leaders to understand change management implications across multiple business units
Collaborate with project team members to ensure alignment with key cross functional project activities
Design, develop and implement a stakeholder management strategy to drive engagement, awareness and preparedness of/for the project
Design, develop and implement a multi-level, two-way communication strategy. Partner with UA Corporate Communications to validate and execute the plan
Conduct formal and informal stakeholder assessments, focus groups and leadership alignment sessions
Conduct organizational impact analyses on jobs, relationships, and structure by overseeing and participating in business readiness activities
Lead project end user training activities. Manage the project’s training team
Develop a training program to build change agent skills at the front line leader level to support key projects
Develop a training program to build change management skills within the HR team
Work with senior project team members and functional sponsors to define key KPIs to define project success

Critical Skills

Extensive experience leading change management activities for large complex organizations
Ability to influence key business stakeholders to drive project engagement and buy-in
Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations, concerns, and to identify and mitigate project risk as required
Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the Training Manager and OCM Specialist. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Desired Skills and Experience
Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of progressive change management experience
Change Management certification, preferred
Global experience required
30% international travel required
Prior experience with global SAP implemention preferred
