Job Description
This role will have responsibility and accountability for all transition management activities associated with implementation of large scale global IT Outsourcing engagements based in North America. It will establish highly repeatable best practices, lead a team of technical subject matter experts, and personally lead execution of transitions for signature clients to assure highly effective coordination and transition to steady state. Duties will also include participation in presales activity representing transition methodology and capabilities, articulation transition approach, and building critical client relationships required to understand the business environment.
The successful candidate with have extensive experience leading operational delivery at a program level for IT Outsourcing engagements as well as strong project management experience leading delivery of complex global programs. Position requires extensive travel.
�� 8-10 years leading global IT Outsourcing multi-tower programs with direct responsibility for client relationship management
�� 5+ years leading implementation of IT Outsourcing services preferably on a global scale
�� Direct operational leadership experience with Data Center, Network, End User Computing, Service Desk, and Network services
�� 5+ years managing delivery of complex global projects
�� Strong business and financial acumen
�� Experience presenting to senior client leadership
