Job Description
We are seeking an innovative leader who will guide on-shore and off-shore technology delivery teams to ensure the quality delivery of applications and infrastructure components. The role will collaborate closely with Business Partners, Project Managers, Technical Architects and Leadership as a subject matter expert, to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring adherence to technical standards. The position will also play a critical role partnering with other development teams, testing and quality, and production support, to meet implementation dates and allow smooth transition throughout the development life-cycle.

The department is responsible for US and International Finance systems as well as enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance and Global Records Management. In addition the team is leading Delivery Transformation with Agile development and tool chain automation across Global Corporate Operations Technology.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the full Systems Development Life Cycle, managing a methodology-driven quality plan in terms of deliverables, cost, scope and schedule
Actively participates in long-range strategy planning to address complex business issues
Responsible for people management of Product Delivery & Integration teams
Establishes and maintains strong relationships and partners with Product Management, Architecture and Engineering ensuring regular communication of delivery progress is maintained
Enables coordination of Product Management, Engineering and Architecture and Quality to drive alignment of activities
Reviews and oversees portfolio delivery plans in terms of schedule, cost, scope and quality
Supports and guides the development process, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables in a timely manner
Proactively anticipates any risks and issues that may arise during the delivery of the portfolio plan and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken
Participates in the engagement of delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where necessary to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise due to availability or skill
Promotes continuous improvement in Technology delivery processes to drive overall improvements in quality and performance
Actively engages in resourcing processes to ensure organization agility
Ensures adherence of portfolio (or Platform) supported relevant compliance requirements Works with Service Delivery to ensure quality and performance of portfolio/platform supported

Qualifications
Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance is essential
Proven people leader
Experience driving large scale product delivery
Demonstrated experience with system architecture, design & integration as well as business knowledge in multiple disciplines
Experience with Agile development
Lead and influence in a matrixed environment across Technology and Business partners
Knowledge with emerging Technologies
Knowledge of RSA Archer platform is a plus
Deep expertise across a broad range of technology and hands-on engineering/coding experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
