Job Description
The Certified Implementer Program is a critical part of the Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting business unit’s strategy. The program is designed for the world’s largest and most sophisticated accounting firms that work with Thomson Reuters to implement highly complex, high value-add software solutions at multinational corporations around the globe. Participating firms are certified in ONESOURCE products as part of the program, which is ultimately aimed at providing our mutual clients with high quality ONESOURCE implementations. The program team works closely with the participants in the program and with key business leaders in Tax & Accounting.

Responsibilities

Create a strategic direction for the TRTA alliance program (CIP and beyond) that supports the overall strategy of the TRTA business. Conduct an end-to-end review of the program based on alliance program best practices and input from customers and internal stakeholders. Shape a five-year vision for the program
Provide day-to-day leadership of the CIP, supervising the direct and virtual team members. Deliver a high quality, customer-oriented program
Cultivate strong relationships with the senior-most stakeholders at each CIP firm, including key implementers and practice leads
Develop a set of metrics for measuring the effectiveness of CIP; report regularly on progress
Expand the impact of CIP beyond the US; drive material improvement in deal flow in Latin America and Asia
Communicate regularly with the broad set of stakeholders impacted by our strategic alliances, including sales and business management

Qualifications

At least eight years of business experience, including direct responsibility for customer relationships and at least 3-5 years of leading teams
Familiarity with tax technology and partnership/alliance program structures
Experience and comfort with working internationally, including coordination with stakeholders across every time zone
Customer-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail
A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively about longstanding practices
MBA or equivalent degree preferred
Some travel may be required, including international travel Key Competencies
