Job Description
Role Dimensions Of a Director - Advisor Relations
Establish and manage industry analyst and sourcing advisory relationships globally.
Create a segmented strategy for general and specialist sourcing advisors focused on delivering clear outcomes.
Develop and maintain strategic oversight of global advisors across different geographies.
Working alongside our sales teams, drive creation of pipeline through sourcing advisory channels.
Establish an ongoing programme of education and awareness to position IPsoft favourably amongst this community.
Work closely with the advisor community in order to increase business intelligence within IPsoft.
Prepare appropriate content for advisory briefing presentations.
Engage sourcing advisors throughout the deal cycle.
Align TPA relations with IPsoft���s marketing strategy and ongoing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Should Have
Demonstrable prior experience of running Sourcing Advisor and Influencer relations function for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT service provider.
Demonstrable experience of creating differentiated strategies to engage advisory and influencer relation function.
Proven track record of increasing deal flow through this channel.
Strong existing relationships with the advisory channels.
Proven experience in managing commercial relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing commercials and buying cycles.
