To lead NBC Universal’s Hispanic Group efforts in developing and managing new lines of scalable revenue through partnerships and emerging products.


Essential Responsibilities

The Director of Partnerships & Emerging Business is responsible for standardizing, launching, managing and optimizing new lines of revenue for NBC Universal Hispanic Group. This person reports to the VP of Telemundo Emerging Business. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record working with large Hispanic digital media businesses in terms of strategy, product development and monetization.

• Builds and directs a team of experts to consistently optimize and create incremental revenue opportunities
• Launches and improves current NBC Universal Hispanic Group product offerings, vendor on boarding and launch requirements.
• Develops and tracks key performance indicators and benchmarks to ensure audience and revenue goals are met.
• Optimizes products and partnerships and consistently looks for insights-based optimization opportunities.
• Proactively identifies and executes on areas of improvement

Qualifications/RequirementsQualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including business development, product development and monetization
• At least 5 years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Masters the U.S. Hispanic digital media market
• Masters the overall digital media business landscape
• Familiarity with current mobile operating systems and emerging technology offerings, including iOS, Android, and Windows
• Strong knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office
• Contribute to fresh and creative ideas for products
• Fully Bilingual English & Spanish
