Job description
The Director of Ecommerce is responsible for managing new product launches, driving account specific programs to support the AMMEX product lines within new and existing ecommerce customers. This individual will oversee ecommerce product development, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns to support AMMEX's stragetic growth. This individual will support and provide oversight for specific online and brick & mortar retailers by developing digital marketing programs to drive growth and establish performance metrics for success.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Launches to Online Retailers
Collorbate with internal and external partners to determine go-to-market process and strategy in the ecommerce channels.
Work with sales team members on the development of digital marketing programs, including promotions, plans, execution, and analysis for assigned retailers/e-tailers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within ecommerce channels.
Evaluate the quantitative benefits of new business initiatives by maintaining a thorough understanding online consumer behavior and trends.
An expert level of developing selling presentations and selling materials such as sell sheets, spec sheets, samples, etc. for the sales and marketing departments.
Understanding the value of profitable growth opportunities in the ecommerce space as it pertains to AMMEX’s goals and profitability targets.
Provides guidance and insight to improve profit while maintaining growth initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in the online retail/ecommerce industry – emphasis in buying, merchandising, marketing, and sales.
Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data interpretation and sale presentation development skills.
Detail oriented, highly organized, positive attitude.
Strong influential leadership skills.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and multi-functional groups.
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business, or related major.
