Job description
As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will lead a growing team of diverse Data Scientists who don't just crunch numbers…they view the universe as one large data set, and they decipher relationships and high level insights from that mass of information. The analytics they develop are then used across the organization to guide decisions, predict outcomes, and develop a quantitative ROI. As the leader of this group, you will build and maintain senior level relationships and manage a prioritized list of opportunities and challenges critical to achieving the mission & vision of Domino’s.


Overview of Responsibilities:

Develop Business Insights team in areas of business understanding, leadership and management, programming, analytics, visualization and presentation capabilities
Partner with business unit leaders and gain alignment on areas of challenge/opportunity and execute on a prioritized (and ever changing list) of value add insights projects
Play critical role in and influence data governance and IT matters
Engage build and maintain great relationships with IT service providers both internal and external to ensure soundness, accuracy, timeliness and efficiencies in data.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Engineering, Market Research, Finance, Mathematics or other related field; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 7- 10 years professional experience in business insights, preferably in food service or packaged goods
Demonstrated experience with big data and/or data mining
Strong management skills and team leading capabilities
Strong communication skills including C-suite presentation ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as familiarity with products such as Microstrategy, Peoplesoft, Tableau, Nateeza and/or similar tools
