Job description
The Position:
The Global Program Lead will work closely with the sales, product and industry marketing, business generation, partner marketing, sales enablement and other marketing functions to successfully develop and execute impactful lead nurturing campaigns for the Global Programs operation within Pega Marketing. Sales automation applications provide a picture of the customer that can easily be fragmented if the onboarding process isn’t integrated. Our sales and onboarding applications enable our customers to deliver on their first and most important moment of truth with their customers – the onboarding process.
As well, our onboarding application ensures that our customers are getting the information they need from their customers once and seamlessly integrate this across current systems. This individual has ownership of Global Program outcomes globally and allocation of resources by region. They ensure critical program components are complete/updated, develop the core themes, messages, audience (persona), business insights and assets. They will work with dedicated regionally (NA and EMEA) based resources to understand and gather regional requirements and ensure effective execution of the program globally.They lead the partner and AR/PR strategy for their Program. They will be measured on increasing market awareness, generating leads and pipeline and supporting Sales to drive revenue from within Pega’s target accounts.
In this role, you will:
Program Development and Strategy
Work with Product Marketing, Industry Marketing and Sales to develop, coordinate and execute integrated quarterly global program marketing plans to generate awareness and demand in the form of qualified sales leads in support of annual company pipeline and revenue goals.
Research and identify channels with global reach/brand including: industry associations, online communities, online publications and events/conferences.
Work with global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for messaging, campaigns and programs.
Implement best practices approach to campaign development and execution to ensure maximum impact and results globally.
Lead the development of and/or coordinate with others (company experts, PR team and other bloggers, industry marketing, product marketing, and product management) to develop compelling content to support marketing campaigns.
Work with key stakeholders (Analyst Relations, Partner Marketing, PR, Web, and Inside Sales) to ensure messaging and programs are aligned and consistent with the overall business strategy.
Work cross-functionally to significantly grow key buyer contacts within Pega’s target accounts.
Develop nurture programs to increase the quality of Pega’s leads.
Work with PR/AR/Partner Marketing teams to create awareness for Pega in the industry
Manage Pega’s presence at a number of planned events in 2015.
Work with product marketing to develop and promote customer success stories.
Communication and Alignment:
Hold regular cross functional marketing meetings to set goals and review programs, budget, and results.
Update and maintain the marketing calendar for all initiatives.
Interact with sales on marketing programs for input, education and support.
Drive integration, alignment and education with Industry Marketing.
Report and track all program results

The Person:
A strong leader who can manage by influence to create an integrated strategy and plan for global programs that creates engagement across the organization. Strong communication and presentation skills, a strong team player who is also willing to roll up sleeves and get it done, and someone who is results driven and takes pleasure in the impact they can create through the team to deliver a strong performance quarter after quarter.
Qualifications will include:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA/ MBA Toolkit
10-15+ Years of field marketing/marketing programs experience - this person is going to be responsible for driving strategic campaigns, running point on Paid Media strategies and managing various aspects of marketing programs.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making
Prior experience in enterprise software marketing
Budget management experience
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social collaboration skills (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics)
Demonstrated ability to present to senior executives
