Director - Demand Generation - Zonar Systems - Seattle

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Demand Generation Director to join our Marketing team. This new role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, responsible for strategic planning and implementation of integrated demand programs designed to drive engagement and pipeline of leads through multiple channels. This position will work closely with many cross-functional teams including inside and direct sales, advertising, events, graphic design, content marketing, product management, customer care, sales operations and business development.

Key metrics for Year 1 success in this role:
Establish the lead flow process in ActOn (Marketing Automation) and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Build campaigns for lead generation to fill the sales lead pipeline
Build marketing automation drip campaigns to increase conversion

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with rapid changes in direction and environment. To be successful, this role will need to work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to switch quickly and seamlessly from one project or initiative to another.
Key functions this role will oversee include:
Develop campaigns to build a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads to our Inside and Direct Sales team
Determine appropriate mix of online campaign elements including email, webinars, search, social, advertising with compelling calls to action to deliver pipeline goals
Understanding of the lead flow process and how to measure progress at each stage
Collaborate with product managers and corporate marketing team to launch new products
Collaborate with content marketing to create catalog of content and sales enablement material to support campaigns
Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement and optimization
Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage the lead flow process, technology and prescriptive use of CRM

QUALIFICATIONS
Highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively lead and work with cross-functional teams
Data-driven marketer with a focus on measurement and optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Be both independent and a team player focused on excellence
BA/BS in Business Management or Marketing
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, communications
