Director - Data Analytics and Business Reporting - Rubicon Global - Atlanta

Job description

To meet this need, Rubicon has created a Data Analytics & Business Reporting team to support the business, with a critical mass of advanced analytics and information delivery capabilities in order to convert data into information that becomes a source of competitive advantage. Analytics & Reporting is all about leveraging technology, data and advanced modeling to provide information and insight across Rubicon’s line of businesses.


Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high quality data driven analyses that provide key insights leading to actionable recommendations
Collecting and structuring data, aligning the business through enterprise reporting, simplifying the information landscape across all Rubicon business units
Define and execute quantitative and financial analysis across all Rubicon functions
Building and sustaining world class capability crossing people, process and technology
Manage and lead complex programs from inception to completion
Executing on project plans with the appropriate data, timing, analytic techniques and impact
Continuously creating and protecting analytic IP resulting from project learning
Improve productivity and capability of the business through data-driven insights, technology enablement, training, process improvement and best practice deployment

Desired Skills and Experience
10-15 years professional experience and MBApreferred
Extensive financial and operational acumen, preferably across a range of functions and industries
Extensive experience planning, organizing and managing multiple large projects with extensive data mining, analytics and diverse cross-functional stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to incorporate new techniques to solve business problems
Six Sigma Black Belt or OE/Lean certification(s) preferred
