LAKOS Separators and Filtration Solutions, a division of the Lindsay Corporation, is currently looking for a dynamic Human Resources individual to join our senior leadership team. This individual will be a key leader in performing generalist responsibilities, but also understand the pulse of the employee and be a collaborative resource. Position Responsibilities:
Generalist responsibilities for exempt and non-exempt employees at a 100+ employee manufacturing plant including benefits, employee relations, recruitment, safety, and compensation
Manage and administer the payroll process
Keep abreast of California law and upcoming changes
Ensure compliance for recruitment and company policies
Assist with HR systems implementations and migrations
Be a consultative resource and partner with the senior leadership team
Expectations:
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive team that provides overall company leadership and direction
Ability to develop an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and employee retention
Be able to multitask and be flexible and agile to ensure all work is managed effectively and efficiently.
Advocate for the employee, but be able to enforce top management policies

Desired Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development; MBA or JD a plus
Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, preferred
Individual dedicated to honestly, ethics, and a high level of integrity
