Director - Marketing - Office Evolution - Denver


Job description

Your efforts are a central component in our plan to develop hundreds of locations across the country and beyond. As a key player on our corporate leadership team, you’ll have complete responsibility for the client marketing and sales process. You will have the resources necessary to build a marketing team and you’ll train, coach and mentor Business Center Managers and Franchisees nationwide. You’ll play a critical role in creating and implementing an easy-to-follow yet effective sales process with non-salespeople as a key component of our aggressive growth strategy.



Responsibilities:
Accountable for the development, implementation and success of OE’s marketing strategy including all elements of:
Traffic generation (online & offline)
Conversion to opt-in/marketing qualified lead (MQL)
Prospect nurturing
Conversion to sales qualified lead (SQL)
Source, Select and Manage all marketing resources, including outside vendors and FTEs
Analyze and Report the effectiveness, results and ROI of lead generation and the sales process to the management team and CEO. Recommend changes to tactics and strategy as appropriate.
Develop and Manage OE’s Client Sales Process used by franchisees and company owned locations. The OE sales process picks up where marketing leaves off and is tasked with the conversion of Sales Qualified Leads to a contracted customer
Your job performance, compensation and incentiveswill be based on metrics, including:
Number of leads generated, quality of the leads, average cost/lead
Feedback received from users of the sales process
Time to close and close ratio
Average monthly contract value
Analysis and reporting

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Success Characteristics:
Process development & documentation (playbooks, internal process docs, etc.)
Traffic generation and conversion strategy, execution, and management (online & offline channels)
Strategy and execution of Lead/Prospect nurturing programs
Channel partner and/or franchisee management
Strong familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation software (Infusionsoft preferred)
Management of Marketing/Creative vendor resources (SEO, Design, Copywriting, Technical)
Management and coordination of remote and/or outsourced resources (ODesk, etc.)
Execution of Direct marketing/web marketing product launches
Competitive team-builder

Compensation and Reporting
$80,000+ per year, salary plus incentive compensation targeted at 50% of salary
Full time position with excellent benefits package, at our Broomfield, CO location
Occasional travel
Position reports to CEO
