Director - Treasury - PAE - Arlington


Job description

PAE is looking to establish a strong Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) organization, capable of supporting its projected growth in 2015 and beyond. PAE is contemplating the consolidation of several Costpoint databases into one during 2015.

Responsibilities

To support its ambitious strategic plan, PAE is seeking a highly qualified Director of Treasury. The successful candidate will be responsible for:



Manage the Corporate cash management process:
Implementing PAE’s cash deployment strategy by minimizing interest and fees paid on debt and working with the Lines of Business (LOB) to minimize DSO
Analyzing the daily corporate liquidity to support multiple segments with diverse working capital requirements
Reporting the short-term and long term cash flow forecast and analytics to executive management
Coordinating with the LOB, providing guidance, best practices and ensuring cash management process consistency and efficiency throughout the organization
Coordinating short-term and long term strategic initiatives to lower interest expenses and improve the efficiency of cash management.
Working with banking partners to implement the highest levels of internal controls over cash management
Managing wires/ACHs for Corporate related activity
Managing the setup and funding of various petty cash accounts across the globe

Manage the Corporate banking relationships:
Partnering with credit facility syndication to implement banking solutions for cash collections (EFT and paper checks) and disbursements (both AP and Payroll)
Managing the corporation’s currency/interest rate hedging strategy and implementation

Monitor PAE’s credit facility compliance requirements:
Drafting the monthly/quarterly compliance packages
Preparing various forward looking analysis to ensure compliance with PAE’s credit facility covenants and terms & conditions

Other duties as assigned by the Manager
MBA or MSA from an accredited institution
CPA strongly desired, CTP and ARM certifications a plus
7+ years of progressive treasury experience in government contracting
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, Costpoint Deltek ERP and Cognos report writing Experience in implementing and tailoring ERP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets
Strong oral and written communication and ability to interact with executive leadership
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and propose solutions
