What will I be doing?

The Director of Marketing is responsible for staffing, planning, managingand directing the activities of the in house marketing team to obtain maximumproduction and efficiencies. The Director of Marketing develops and implementstactical marketing plans to exceed plan, tour flow, cost/sales efficiencyand net volume targets. The Director is responsible for the ongoing training,and building of talent for the team.
The Director maintains performancemanagement standards, compensation plans and reporting for the in house marketingand other site related programs. The Director of Marketing must be aself-starter and be able to read and write reports and manage budget responsibilitieseffectively.

What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of upper management (Senior Manager level or above) in timeshare marketing
5 years of experience in a timeshare marketing role responsible for the penetration to tour level
5 years of timeshare marketing experience managing a team of 40+ people
5 years of experience managing a P&L with significant budget responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
10 years of senior management (Director level or above) experience
10 years of timeshare marketing experience
10 years of marketing experience with a branded timeshare company
5 years of experience successfully leading a large organization and creating strong teams while managing a multifaceted and fast paced marketing environment
7 years of experience demonstrating the ability to work internally across organizational disciplines to deliver operational solutions that contribute to the company bottom line
