Director - Sales & Operations - Coca-Cola Company - Hollywood


The Director of Sales & Operations is responsible for identifying opportunities for profitable growth within designated customers or retail channels, oversee development and successful selling of customer plans for both national retail chains and independent (Business Unit specific) retail chains, build enduring relationships with the National chain accounts and/or independent retail chain accounts, and provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of National Accounts Sales Organization(NASO) or Business Unit Account Executives and Managers responsible for Coca-Cola Refreshments volume, gross profit, and execution with the designated retail customers including management of distributor relationships

Oversee the management of Warehouse and Distribution operations. Liaison between distribution center and sales center management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries in an efficient and cost effective manner for assigned territory



Maintain collaborative relationship with Sales Operations and other departments in order to achieve goals and customer satisfaction. Collaboration w/ PRGM and other departments regarding distributor contract negotiation and management



The position responsibilities include the development, execution, and analysis of consumer/customer programs/activations, go-to-market strategies and the implementation of NABI initiatives as directed

Primary Responsibilities



Develop and execute the strategic & tactical plans to meet defined Sales goals, including negotiation of our annual agreement, our price/package plans and all promotional plans



Oversee the execution of day to day Distribution Center operations (both Distribution and Warehouse) within parameters of both labor and other operating expense budgets



Manage and oversee the distributor relationships for all Sales & Field Operations for assigned geography



Coach, mentor and develop the Sales & Field Operations team to ensure that the organization’s need for future leaders is consistently met



Education



Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma



Experience



Minimum Required: 5 years in Sales & Field Ops
