Director - Global Retail Capabilities - Levi Strauss & Co. - San Francisco


Job Description
Defines the vision and roadmap for the delivery of capabilities to global retail business aligned to global retail and e-commerce strategy and SBP
Managing executive stakeholders within the business to ensure engagement, alignment and commitment to the program
Ensures that the end solution fulfills the needs of the global retail business
Makes strategic and directional program decisions and is the final decision maker in the issue escalation process within the program
Ensuring alignment with other corporate initiatives Job Description Key Results: Delivers program financial objectives, meets program timeline, controls cost within budget. Defined roadmap for business capabilities, aligned to company strategies Defined cost / benefits case for the program
Global executive support and alignment on the program Program staffed with appropriate business resources Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the program and ultimately ensures that the solution fulfills the needs of the global LSSCO business Ensure the program organization has the appropriate resources, funding and support (i.e. training, work environment) to be successful Maintain ongoing communication with LSSCO executive leadership, Executive Business Owner, Steering Committee, program leads from other relevant projects, project team, and business partners as part of stakeholder engagement Provide leadership and guidance to plan, set priorities, and resolve issues and conflicts

Define and assess measurements of project success, including the definition and tracking of business benefits Make strategic program decisions and resolve program issues on a timely basis; control project scope and approves changes when necessary Participate in planning and execution of change management and organization readiness activities Participate in the development of risk mitigation and contingency strategies; proactively manage risks Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training or equivalent work experience Experience: 10+ years of relevant business experience Retail operations experience mandatory Experience leading transformational process improvement programs Demonstrated experience in delivering omni-channel solutions within a retail environment preferred
