Director of Marketing, SoFi Home Mortgage
We’re seeking an experienced marketer to lead demand generation for SoFi residential mortgages. The role will manage and execute marketing campaigns (digital, integrated) and key online partnerships targeting consumers and channels to drive inbound interest in our mortgage product line.

Responsibilities:
Create and execute annual plans to meet demand generation objectives.
Plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns (digital, email, mail to web) to meet quarterly mortgage targets.
Manage and monitor key online affiliates.
Evaluate pipeline metrics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion metrics
Guide and contribute to the development and maintenance of online assets for mortgage including the website and social media presence

Draft appropriate email copy for nurture campaigns to engage prospects
Support planning and management of events and conferences as needed
Deliver sales and marketing assets
Manage vendor relationships as needed

Desired Skills and Experience
Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of marketing experience with quantifiable revenue and lead gen responsibility. Residential mortgage experience is highly preferable.
5+ year of experience in the financial industry, ideally in the residential mortgage lending area
Deep knowledge of online lending and digital marketing
Experience creating and executing lead generation programs
Collaborative, adaptable approach
A desire to work in a fast-paced rapidly scaling organization
Experience with email and marketing automation preferred
BA/BS required
