Director - Global Compliance Program - ADP - Roseland

ADP is hiring a Central Compliance - Program Director. The Central Compliance - Program Director is responsible for providing compliance industry expertise and continuously enhancing the compliance program design (tools, processes, structure, etc.). The Director will evaluate and monitor compliance program effectiveness and identify enhancements for implementation across ADP worldwide. The individual will provide compliance expertise and support to the business units, functions and Centers of Excellence. At ADP we are driven by your success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enhance and update compliance program design, including structure, process flows, priority charts, assessment methods and reporting templates.
Identify enhancement needs and provide standardized support tools for the business units, functions and Centers of Excellence.
Develop and maintain standard application of compliance tools and training for implementation by the organization (e.g., risk assessments, reporting methods, dashboards, enhancement plans, etc.).
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of compliance processes and tools for appropriate enhancements.
Keep abreast of compliance industry standards and benchmarks globally. Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory requirements and guidance.
Establish effective working relationships with business and function associates including participation in committee meetings.
Lead other Central Compliance initiatives and compliance related needs of the BU/Functional/Center of Excellence clients and perform other duties, as assigned.
Participates in industry trade groups and conferences.
Travel of up to 20% may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BA/BS in Business Administration or liberal arts required
15 to 17 years of related experience preferred, minimum of at least 13 years required, including at least 8 years of compliance, legal, internal control (audit or risk management).
Extensive experience within a large institution in a management role.
Compliance experience within a large global corporate environment.
Experience working with compliance tools such as assessments, evaluations, reports and dashboard reporting.
