Director - Marketing - ADP - Parsippany


Job Description
ADP is hiring a Director of Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for developing strategy and managing Marketing programs for Lead Generation, Inside Sales Marketing, Collateral Programs for ADP's Global Enterprise Solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute inbound and outbound lead generation programs to support field sales and initiatives which generate Sales and planned growth.
Develop and maintain marketing strategy and collateral. Markets include: Accountants, Banks, Hispanic, professional services, retail, manufacturing, restaurants, and healthcare.
Create and manage field and TeleSales collateral campaigns, including direct mail.
Evaluate, coordinate, and participate in trade shows and events for prospect, accountant, Hispanic, franchise, and other markets and channels.

Manage multiple large vendor and partner relationships.
Establish oneself as a subject matter expert for verticals, channels, and events marketing activities.
Lead Generation - Develop and execute lead generation programs for the inbound and outbound TeleSales sales and appointment generation teams. Identify candidate TeleSales territories, maintain and implement prospect screening model, obtain or create scrubbed calling lists, develop and implement direct mail and email, track results, and provide analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
Vertical and Channel Marketing -- In conjunction with Sales Operations, develop and manage key channel partnership and vendor relationships; develop and execute lead generation and media campaigns that will increase ADP's share of voice, and develop marketing activities, including collateral. Manage relationship with Tax Guide partners and direct creation and distribution of Tax Guide campaigns.
Trade Shows and Events -- Evaluate available trade show and event opportunities and determine best fit for ADP. Maintain ADP presence at Accountant channel trade shows and expand our visibility into other events and trade shows, such as Hispanic, franchise, and local/regional market events (Small Business Breakfasts, etc). Provide pre-event training to field staff when necessary. Provide after-the-fact reporting.
Collateral programs -- Design and implement collateral programs for sales support and lead generation use for all channels; work with Sales Operations to coordinate a unified collateral calendar that supports field and TeleSales sales objectives.
Data Analysis - Provide access to ESDB data for Marketing and perform ad hoc data analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration required or equivalent in education and experience.
5-8 years Marketing experience including knowledge of website management, program implementation, B2B referral processes, and partner management required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
MBA degree preferred
Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills
Ability to define, modify and implement business plans
Effective decision making skills, global business acumen
Excellent PowerPoint skills. Experience with salesforce.com, Eloqua, Sharepoint
Extraordinary writing and editing skills.
Business writing and B2B marketing samples required: lead generation, internal communication, web, sales tools, and presentations
Demonstrated agency, vendor, project and budget management
